Sloan, carefree girl that she is, finds herself whisked away by a mysterious stranger offering the prospect of a better life on another world after she proves herself by winning a video game. There she cleverly avoids all sorts of other worldly dangers, and finds new friends, and perhaps her new home, in a most unexpected place.
PRODUCTION NOTES
This was my first production, and I learned a LOT. Went from never having done mocap-driven character animation, to figuring out how to do facial animation to actually getting 32000 frames rendered. Quite the experience! There’s a million things that I would do differently (and better!) today, but alas I have no Time Machine. For now, just enjoy the good parts. The script is fun and the cast did a great job bringing the voices of their characters to life.
